Ashbourne Communities' CIC takes the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations very seriously. We have taken steps to ensure that as an organisation we are fully compliant with the requirements of the legislation.
As an organisation, the bulk of the data we hold is in contact details for keeping people informed regarding the progress of our various activities.
If you would like to request that your details be added to a particular CIC mailing list, please email our Coordinator and state the following: I give my consent for my email address to be added to the mailing list for the purposes of receiving updates in connection with [please insert details of the Project you would like to receive updates]. I have read and agree to the CIC's Data Privacy Notice.
If we hold information about you and you would like to know how we use that information, or you feel your data has been inappropriately used by the CIC, you can contact the CIC's Coordinator in the first instance to discuss your concerns.
The CIC also has a Company Director with responsibility for GDPR compliance. Your concerns can be passed on to them if you prefer.
